The award is fantastic recognition for the outcomes they have been able to achieve for their clients in a challenging operating environment.
Successful Outcomes Require a Partnership!
For Brokers to deliver outcomes for clients requires a partnership with financiers.
In this area, the Commercial Origination team at the ANZ excel!
Whilst they are always prudent with their lending, they have also been:
- Highly responsive
- Practical
- Prepared to listen and invest the time to understand the client and the underlying proposal
From a Brokers perspective we could not ask for more!
Continuous Improvement - The Key!
Like many of the highly committed Brokers that attended the ANZ Awards Function, both Greg and Eamonn work exceptionally hard to deliver good outcomes for their clients.
Over the past year both, and the rest of The 500 Group team, have invested heavily to improve our systems, responsiveness and overall value proposition.
We recognise standing still in the post Royal Commission world, is simply not an option for either Lenders or Brokers.
Summary
To receive the ANZ Commercial Broker of the Year 2019 Business Banking was wonderful recognition and will challenge us to do even better over the coming year!
