This is fantastic recognition for someone is always looking for ways to improve the experience we provide to our clients.
Greg was excited and humbled to win the award, particularly given the quality of brokers nominated.
Individual Award but a Team Effort!
He said he felt the award was an outcome of a fantastic team effort during what has been a challenging period for our community.
He also acknowledged that the award would not have been possible without the support of our clients, FAST, referral partners and the quality lenders with whom we engage.
A Focus on Continuous Improvement & Education
Greg also made particular mention of our Loan and Bankability Assessment, a powerful tool we developed over the past two years, which has significantly improved our productivity and the outcomes we are able to achieve for our clients.
This coupled with a focus on continuous improvement and an ongoing investment in client education via our website, also contributed to the outcomes we have been able to achieve.
